Pop Up Skills Camp - VBC Holiday Jump Serving Camp (Bethpage BPMS)

Quick, targeted sessions that appear throughout the season when athletes need them most. Each Pop-Up focuses on a single skill or a general skills tune-up.
About:
SPORTIME VBC Pop-Up Camps are single-session trainings announced on a rolling basis. We rotate topics so players can zero in on what they need right now, or come back for different skills across the season. Sessions run fast, groups stay small, and coaching points are clear so athletes rack up quality reps and leave feeling ready.
Parent Spectating:
Parents are welcome to drop off at the entrance or watch from our viewing mezzanine.
What to Bring:
Court shoes, water, knee pads. Optional notebook for cues.
How It Works:
Sessions appear as needed, with new dates posted on a rolling basis, most often on weekends leading up to November and on school holidays.

Boys Middle School Regional Tryout (Bethpage BPMS)

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Tryouts will take place on Friday, March 27 and will be two hours long. Coaches will evaluate athletes through individual skill work, position-specific drills, and controlled gameplay.
Boys Middle School Regional Team
This program offers aspiring players, ages 11-14, a structured learning environment, supervised by our team of professional volleyball coaches. Players on our Regional teams practice one time per week, learning and honing their skills, and prepare for 1-2 local competitions. Players receive expert coaching, the opportunity to compete, and a solid foundation for their volleyball futures.

About:
The Middle School Regionals Team program places a strong emphasis on skill development and an introduction to competitive play. Coaches introduce new skills and strategies through challenging drills and games, and prepare players and teams for local competitions.
Practice Schedule:
Middle School Regional Teams will have one practice per week during their the club season. Practices sessions are designed to provide intensive training and skill development. The focus is on refining techniques, improving tactical understanding, and enhancing team dynamics.
Tournaments:
Middle School Regional Teams will participate in approximately 1-2 local tournaments during the club season. These tournaments allow players to compete against other teams of similar age and skill level. The specific tournaments and schedules will be posted once the teams are formed and training begins.
