VBC Team Update

Hi VBC Nation,

We hope you are all staying safe and warm this week. Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we navigate the snow and adjustments to our schedule. Even with the weather challenges, our teams have been working hard and we have another busy stretch of tournaments and training ahead. Please see below for this week’s important club updates.

VBC Boys

Upcoming this weekend:

We have 16 boys teams competing this weekend. Good luck to 15 Lynbrook, 16 Lynbrook, 16 Lynbrook 2, 17 Lynbrook, and 17 Lynbrook 2 at Irish Madness in Atlantic City, NJ, and to 13-1, 14-1, 15-1, 15-2, 15-3, 15-4, 15 Quogue, 16-1, 16-2, 16-3, 16-4, and 16 USA at the Boston Volleyball Festival Weekend 1 in Boston, MA.

VBC Girls

Results:

We had 16 Gold, 16 Black, 17 Gold, and 17 Black compete in the 2026 NIKE Music City Championships, Jazz Edition in New Orleans this past weekend. Great job to all of our athletes and coaches who represented SPORTIME VBC throughout the event. Thank you as well to all of our parents for helping make this a safe and enjoyable weekend for the girls. For complete tournament results, please follow this link.

15 Purple competed in the CALI 15’s tournament this past weekend and did a great job throughout the event. We are proud of their effort and progress, and we look forward to seeing them back in action at their next tournament.

Power League Results:

GEVA Girls Power League Event #2

• 13 Gold 2-1 in pool play and won their crossover
• 14 Gold 1-2 in pool play and lost their crossover
• 15 Gold 2-1 in pool play and won their crossover

Upcoming this weekend:

17 Aqua, 13 Green, and 14 Green will be competing in the Irish Madness tournament in Atlantic City, New Jersey this weekend, while 15 Gold and 15 Black will be in Boston, Massachusetts for the Boston Volleyball Festival, Weekend 1. Good luck!

• 17 Gold will be competing in GEVA Girls 17 Power League #2.
• 15 White and 15 Silver will be competing in the GEVA Girls 15 Club 2.
• 14 Purple will be competing in Sportime 14 Club #3.
• 16 White and 16 Silver will compete in Sportime 16 Club #2.
• 17 Black will be competing in GEVA Girls 17 Club 2.
• 16 Red and 16 Purple will compete in CALI 16s.
